We have been implementing the Horizon Way in parts, and as a total integrated process, with clients of various sizes in a range of industry sectors and in a number of different countries for many years now.
Our team of experienced consultants all have personal experience in business management roles and demonstrated abilities in understanding client needs and then selecting appropriate services to meet those needs.
Our proven methodology is to work with clients helping them identify priorities, agreeing action plans and then implementing integrated employee management services designed to improve business results through their people.
Depending on the client’s needs, this may range from facilitating a single workshop, or series of workshops, from our system to full implementation of the elements of the Horizon Way over a period of years. Whatever program is agreed there is always a focus on a transfer of skills, knowledge and process to enhance the capability of managers in the business.
